Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer's box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
